“Coming home and knowing my sheets are clean, I have the best night’s sleep!!”

“These people know how to work and they work hard.”

“Great service, great communication.”

In their own words, from Google reviews.

Note for Celiflora, not page copy These are word for word off your listing, so you can check them in ten seconds. No customer name is on any of them, on purpose. A name beside a review is something a customer gives you, so if you want one on there, ask them first.
The person, not the company

Who is actually coming to my house?

Celiflora and her daughter standing with their arms around each other, both in purple scrubs, smiling straight at the camera. Behind them is a dark Subaru Outback with a white decal across the rear window reading Your Helper, for all your cleaning services.

Celiflora Hernandez

Owner, Your Helper LLC

“I’ve been bringing cleaning expertise to Albany homes for over 25 years. It all started with farm labor, where my hard work and dedication opened up the opportunity to clean for the owners. They loved my work, spread the word, and my business grew from there.”

“Today, my passion is creating clean, relaxing spaces so my clients can truly unwind after a long day.”

Note for Celiflora, not page copy Your name is the headline instead of the company name, and that is deliberate. Three people on your listing name you directly, and one of them calls it Celiflora and her ladies. Somebody choosing who to let into an empty house is choosing a person.

The story doing the work here is your own, in your words. How you began in farm labor, cleaned for the owners, and grew it on word of mouth is the most convincing thing on this page. On your real site it sits far enough down that almost nobody reaches it. Change a word of it whenever you like.

What we clean

  • 01House cleaning
  • 02Commercial cleaning
  • 03Rentals and Airbnb turnovers
What customers mention most
  • Regular cleaning, week to week
  • Deep cleans, including empty houses
  • Move out cleans
  • Ovens
  • Wood floors
  • Windows
  • Last minute cleaning
Note for Celiflora, not page copy The lower list is what your customers say you are known for, not what you advertise: ovens, wood floors, windows and last minute work, all of it out of your own reviews. Four separate people thought your oven was worth writing about.

Treat it as a draft. Cross off anything you would rather not advertise and add what is missing, and it stops being my reading of your reviews and becomes yours.

Where we work

Albany · Adair Village · Brownsville · Corvallis · Halsey · Jefferson · Lebanon · Millersburg · Philomath · Shedd · Tangent

Note for Celiflora, not page copy Two things worth a minute each. Albany appears twice on your own website’s list of towns, which is exactly the kind of thing nobody spots on their own site. It appears once here.

And your Google listing names no service area at all. The eleven towns you already decided on are invisible to anybody who finds you on Maps instead of through the site. That one is free and takes about a minute.
Before anybody calls

Questions people ask

What happens the first time you come out?

Celiflora, walk through it the way you would say it at somebody’s front door. Who arrives, how long a first visit usually runs, and what you need from them before you start.

How does the pricing work?

Not a number. Just how you work one out. Whether it goes by the size of the place, by how often you come, or by what needs doing.
Note for Celiflora, not page copy Two blanks, and both need your words rather than mine. The first visit is the part people are most nervous about, so it has to sound like you and not like a website. On pricing, no figure goes on this page. What goes here is how you work one out, so nobody has to call just to find out whether they can afford to ask.
Photographs

Who turns up, and what it looks like when we leave

Eight women of the Your Helper team standing together in a gravel driveway, all in purple scrubs, with Celiflora in the centre. Misty trees rise behind them, and a white Nissan Sentra at the right of the frame carries a Your Helper decal in its rear window.
Celiflora and her team.
A domestic oven photographed twice. On the left the door glass and the base are covered in thick burnt-on brown grease and the racks are stained. On the right the same oven after cleaning: the glass is clear enough to reflect the room, the base is bare metal and the racks are bright.
Before and after · an oven
A bath photographed twice from above. On the left the enamel is stained orange and brown across the whole base. On the right the same bath after cleaning, uniformly white, with a member of the team in a purple uniform just visible at the edge of the frame.

The floor behind a pulled-out kitchen appliance, photographed twice. On the left the vinyl tile is grey with ground-in dirt and a dark stain runs across it. On the right the same floor after cleaning, with the tile pattern and its diamond motif clearly visible again.

Note for Celiflora, not page copy These are photographs of the inside of your customers’ homes. You published them yourself, so you have already made that call once, but it is worth making on purpose rather than by habit. Nothing here identifies anybody and I would keep it that way.

If you add more, send them off your own phone rather than posting them. A phone photo quietly carries the location of the house it was taken in. That gets stripped before anything goes on a live site.

The oven is the one I would keep whatever else changes. Four different customers have written about your oven work, so it is the only picture here that somebody else has already vouched for.

Background checks

Note for Celiflora, not page copy These four are the first things somebody asks before handing over a key to an empty house. The top two are your own words off your own site. This is the one part of the page you would be held to, so if either has lapsed or changed, tell me and it comes off.

The bottom two are blank. If you bond your team or run background checks, say so and they go in. If you do not, they stay off. An honest blank is worth more than a confident line you never agreed to.

Note for Celiflora, not page copy Your hours do not agree with themselves, and that is the most expensive thing on this page. Your website says Monday to Friday, 8 to 7, Saturday by request. Your Google listing says Monday to Saturday, 7 to 5. Both are live right now and both are yours. Somebody who found you on Maps could ring at half past four on a Saturday expecting you to be working. Somebody who found the website could decide you are shut at six on a Tuesday and call the next company down the list. Tell me which one is true and it becomes one set of hours in both places.

Your address is on here and that is your call to make. Your own website does not publish it, and 1820 SW 17th Ave looks like a house rather than a shopfront, so you may have already decided this once. It takes ten seconds to remove before anything goes live.
