“Coming home and knowing my sheets are clean, I have the best night’s sleep!!”

“These people know how to work and they work hard.”

“Great service, great communication.”

In their own words, from Google reviews.

Note for Celiflora, not page copy Those are the three lines Google already shows on your listing, word for word, punctuation and all. Nobody wrote them for you and anyone can go and check them in about ten seconds. No customer name is attached to any of the three, on purpose. A name and a town beside a review is a thing a customer gives you, not a thing we take, so if you want one there, ask them first.
The person, not the company

Who is actually coming to my house?

Celiflora and her daughter standing with their arms around each other, both in purple scrubs, smiling straight at the camera. Behind them is a dark Subaru Outback with a white decal across the rear window reading Your Helper, for all your cleaning services.

Celiflora

Owner, Your Helper LLC

She runs Your Helper and works alongside her own team. Her customers use her first name without being asked to.

Celiflora, two or three sentences here in your own words. How you started, or how you like to work. Nothing in this block gets written for you.
Note for Celiflora, not page copy Your first name is on this page and the company name is not the headline, and that is deliberate. Three separate people on your listing name you directly. One of them calls it Celiflora and her ladies. Somebody choosing who to let into an empty house is choosing a person, so the person goes first, and the photograph is why this section works at all. That picture is yours. You took it for your own website and it is the two of you in uniform in front of your own car, which is worth more here than anything else on the page. Nothing on this page is a stock photograph and nothing ever will be. What is still missing is your voice. The block above, two or three sentences in your own words, does not get written for you.
Homes and businesses, both

What we clean

  • 01Regular cleaning, week to week
  • 02Deep cleans, including empty houses
  • 03Move out cleans
  • 04Ovens
  • 05Wood floors
  • 06Windows
  • 07Last minute cleaning
Note for Celiflora, not page copy Every line above came out of your own Google reviews and out of what Google counts your customers mentioning. Not one of them came from a list you gave me, so treat the whole block as a draft. Cross off anything you do not do, add whatever is missing, and it stops being my list and starts being yours. Your listing calls you a commercial and residential company, and there is nothing here yet about offices, rentals or turnovers, because no review described one and I am not going to guess at it.
Service area

Where we work

The towns you cover go here.
Note for Celiflora, not page copy Your listing does not name a service area anywhere, so this is empty rather than filled in with a guess. Tell me the towns you would genuinely drive to on a Tuesday morning and they go straight in. Keep it short and keep it true. A list that runs to twenty towns stops reading as a service area and starts reading as somebody who is not from here.
Before anybody calls

Questions people ask

What happens the first time you come out?

Celiflora, walk through it the way you would say it at somebody’s front door. Who arrives, how long a first visit usually runs, and what you need from them before you start.

How does the pricing work?

Not a number. Just how you work one out. Whether it goes by the size of the place, by how often you come, or by what needs doing.
Note for Celiflora, not page copy Two blanks on purpose. The first visit is the part people are most nervous about, so it is the one worth getting exactly right, and it has to sound like you rather than like a website. On pricing, no figure goes on this page at all. What goes here is how you arrive at one, so nobody has to call just to find out whether they can afford to ask.
Photographs

Who turns up, and what it looks like when we leave

Eight women of the Your Helper team standing together in a gravel driveway, all in purple scrubs, with Celiflora in the centre. Misty trees rise behind them, and a white Nissan Sentra at the right of the frame carries a Your Helper decal in its rear window.

A room you have
cleaned
A different room,
so they do not read
as one job twice
One close up
Your kit, or a
finished surface
Note for Celiflora, not page copy The team photograph is yours, off your own website, and it answers a question this page could not answer before it went in. Somebody reading it now knows you arrive with a team, in uniform, in cars with your name on the glass. That is the second most reassuring thing here after the reviews and it was sitting unused.

The three frames under it are empty and they stay empty until you say otherwise. The close up is the easy one, a single tight shot of your kit or a finished surface, and it costs you a minute. The two room shots are a different question, and I will give you the honest reason they are blank rather than an excuse: a finished room is a photograph of somebody’s home. Whose house ends up on your website is your call to make, not mine. If you do want them, ask that customer first, keep anything personal out of the frame, no mail on the counter and no pictures on the wall, and know that a phone photo quietly carries the GPS location of the house it was taken in, so that gets stripped before anything goes on a live site.

Note for Celiflora, not page copy This block is empty and it will stay empty until you tell me what actually belongs in it. These four are the first things somebody asks themselves before handing over a key, and every one of them is a promise you would be held to, so I am not writing a single one on your behalf. If you carry them, say so and they go in. If you do not, they stay off and this page will not pretend otherwise. An honest blank here is worth more than a confident line you never agreed to.

Note for Celiflora, not page copy Your address is on this page because it is already on your Google listing, and because it proves this page is yours and not a sample with your name pasted over it. That is not the same as putting it on a live website. A listing is one line inside Maps. A website is a page with your name and your photograph on it, and 1820 SW 17th Ave looks like a house rather than a shopfront. It is your call, not mine, and it takes ten seconds to remove before anything goes live. The hours and the phone number above are exactly what your listing says today.
